- Globally responsible for Cyber Security as a key member of the Information Security organization
- Optimize and manage the Information Security (IS) Risk Framework
- Strengthen security by orchestrating the IS risk management process and supporting compliance with our IS Governance Framework
- Develop Information Security Risk reports and a Risk culture
- Facilitate risk management activities and consult with business and IT on Information Security Risks
- Continually optimize our IS Risk Management
- A degree in computer science, information security or a related field
- Multiple years of experience in IT or information security, ideally with a focus on information security risk
- Extensive knowledge of cyber security and risk frameworks (e.g., BSI, ISO, NIST, SANS), technologies, and best practices
- Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer) are a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and articulate complex topics in a clear and concise manner
- Security: Permanent employment contract in a stable, successful family owned business
