Your tasks:

VEACT is the data expert for the automotive industry. We digitize the automotive retail marketing and sales processes.

By connecting real time data from car manufactures and customer information from car dealers, we can create unique marketing campaigns for our customers.

The VEACT Datahub is Europe's leading data platform for automotive retail and aftersales.

Lead and develop a distributed team of software engineers (ICs)
Facilitateinformed and effective technical discussions and collaboration, helping the team achieve alignment through clear decisions and direction
Ensuring the right balance between scope, performance, reliability, quality and team velocity, and sustainability
Ensure rightsized proactive staffing based on strategic plans, objectives, and team composition
Support, coach, and mentor IC growth
Accountable for the team's technical designs and execution

Your Profile:

University degree in computer science or a similar field
Leadership experience in managing international software development teams with an inspiring personality that thrives in a constantly changing environment
Track of record in working with agile methodologies and being an expert across the full development lifecycle, including testing and IT operations
Knowledge of the following technologies: Scala, ZIO, REACT, MongoDB, Kafka, Kubernetes, AWS
Fluent Business English, fluent skills in German are a plus
