We are looking for an Apprentice, Management assistant in dialogue marketing (M/F/d) to join our team.


WHAT WE NEED:


  • Processing support requests from end customers (1st level support)
  • Formulation of customeroriented texts
  • Analysis of different types of customers and customer wishes
  • Documentation of support requests
  • Logging of communication processes
  • Monitoring of open issues (tickets) until final clarification

WHO YOU ARE:


  • High level of serviceoriented communication skills
  • Affinity with the product bicycle
  • Independent, structured and goaloriented way of working
  • Technical expertise is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Language skills in German and English
  • Written expression and spelling skills
