Group Lead Industrialization Management (M/F/d)

Your Tasks

Act as the link between Manufacturing, Engineering and Supply Chain Management and coordinate the industrialization of our RFA One production
Work closely with highly skilled technicians and engineers to develop the best workflow practices
Your expertise will be instrumental in creating efficient and standardized processes, supporting our planned production scale up
Analyze existing production processes and identify areas for improvement
You will be responsible for identifying bottlenecks, reducing lead times and implementing lean methodologies to optimize the production and material flow

Your Qualificatons

Bachelor's or master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field
Demonstrated leadership experience
Proven experience in process planning and optimization within a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams
Good business acumen and can understand the big picture
You are proactive, result oriented and can work independently
You convince with your distinctive communication and team skills
Fluent oral and written English skills (all daytoday activities are performed in English)
