Our client has over 150 years of experience in the shipbuilding industry.

They specialise in designing and producing maritime equipment such as steering, rudder, control, and manoeuvring systems, winches, superyachts, and more.

The company also provides spare parts, installation, repair, maintenance, and other services.

What you will do:

Responding to and resolving spare parts inquiries through followup with Vendors regarding, parts arrival dates, no longer available or substitution of components, delivery dates and corresponding issues, invoicing, etc.
Checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers
Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, purchasing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.

What you need to have:

Fluent in German (B2-C1) and English (C1).
12 years' experience with clients, order management, data entry

What you will get:

Salary: €47,000 €54,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Terms: Fulltime, permanent contract

Office Location: Hamburg

Hybrid Model (2/3 days remote working)
