What you'll do

Be the tour guide of our SAP Intelligent Enterprise Showroom onsite in Walldorf and virtually
Organize events, guided tour and similar activities with SAP customers and employees
Derive feedback from events and tours and implement changes
Project Management support in daily business (e.g. follow ups, project documentation, planning documents)
Showcase IES innovations at different collaboration spaces
Work with immersive technologies (e.g. VR and AR) when guiding through our virtual reality offerings for the IES Showroom

What you bring

Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
Preferred fields of study: business administration, event management, marketing and communications, business informatics or related fields
Computer skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite, experience with organizing events in Microsoft Teams
Language skills: fluent in German and English, other languages as a plus
Soft skills: team player that has a very good time and task management, outgoing personality,
Others: Understanding of storytelling, Excellent presentation skills in physical scenarios and online presentation, strong serviceorientation
