Stellenbeschreibung

Aufgaben
The main task of Provider Management is the management of external service providers.

The Key Account Manager is the central contact and interface between internal service recipients and external service providers for outsourced business processes.

Your tasks include:

Contact person for all matters relating to Outsourcing in Group Operations & B2B in Germany (later also for France)
Responsible for the commercial aspects with the service providers, such as contract updates and the invoicing process
Managing our service providers, such as service meetings, controlling, risk analyses and termination concepts
Responsible for authorizations in our and the service provider's systems
Supporting audits of our internal and external audits
Participation in projects within the scope of the different outsourcings such as new regulations, process changes or new service requests

Anforderungsprofil

Anforderungen

Good knowledge of banking processes, especially in the securities area
Very good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Preference for administrative and communicative activities
Fluent in English, German and French, written and spoken
Accuracy, analytical and management skills
Ability to work in a team across locations and countries Regular travel to all relevant locations of the group is expected main locations are Frankfurt am Main and Paris
