The Role:

Develop and implement strategies for the efficient and costeffective operation of renewable energy assets, including solar, wind and energy efficiency
Manage a team of commercial and technical asset managers to ensure optimal asset performance and compliance with reporting requirements
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards and guidelines, including health and safety, environmental and quality requirements
Develop and manage budgets for the operation and maintenance of assets
Monitor and analyze asset performance to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
Manage external debt facilities, including ongoing reporting and loan compliance
Develop risk management strategies for asset ownership and operation
Stay uptodate with industry trends and provide leadership for new technologies and approaches
Work closely together with the accounting and controlling team as well as our ESG managers

The Individual:

At least 10 years work experience in the renewable energy industry, combined with a minimum of 5 years in asset management
Excellent knowledge of key commercial agreements (PPA, EPC, O&M, etc.)
Leadership and management skills
Fluent in English
