Was wirst du tun:
- Preparation of warehouse orders, as well as forwarding them to warehouse staff and tracking the processing status
- Delegating, tracking and responding to customer inquiries
- Archiving shipping documents
- Participate in regular inventory controls/inventories
- Various administrative tasks
- Good communication skills in German and English
Was bringst du mit:
- Apprenticeship such as business clerk for forwarding and logistics services or similar
- Initial professional experience in this area
- Good knowledge of goods receiving, storage, handling and shipping
- Organizational talent and a high sense of responsibility
- Reliable and independent way of working
- Flexibility, ability to work in a team and resilience
- Good knowledge of common MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
