THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT TIER-DOTT

  • Responsible lawyer for DACH region and all HQ (currently Germany) matters;
  • Support the General Counsel with all Corporate and Commercial matters;
  • Draft and negotiate a wide variety of legal agreements with a focus on commercial and corporate contracts;
  • Assess, advise, and regularly report on legal risks, while proposing constructive solutions and challenging business decisions from a legal perspective;
  • Advise and update internal stakeholders on laws and regulations that impact Tier-Dott's business.

YOU'LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10 years of relevant working experience (comprising both in-house and law firm) ;
  • You are a generalist with significant experience in corporate and commercial matters (including fundraising transactions);
  • Admitted attorney in Germany;
  • Fluent in German and English;
  • Excellent business judgment, interpretation, and communication skills;
  • Proactive attitude and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
