Your mission:


We are looking for a team member who wants to work on the next generation of financial services and make a dent in how businesses access capital.

As part of our product team, you will be working with talented minds from business and tech, all united in creating user-friendly experiences and developer-friendly APIs for the next generation of financial services to be used by tens of thousands of businesses every day.

As our Product Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimising the performance and efficiency of our product offerings - all to solve a meaningful problem.

More specifically, you will interact with our customers to accelerate feedback loops, increase efficiencies in serving our product, and improve feature adoption.

This role requires a blend of analytical skills and business acumen to support our sales and product development efforts all while maintaining a high communication standard with customers and internal stakeholders.

You'll be presented with a green field in many areas and are challenged to assume ownership and responsibility for our product's service level while taking unknown approaches to known problems.


What you will do

  • Collaborate with our partners and Tilta's crossfunctional teams (including product management, engineering, collections and risk) to ensure alignment on product initiatives and priorities.
  • Analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides, training materials, and release notes.
  • Coordinate product feature updates ensuring smooth execution and effective communication to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate new features and enhancements prior to release.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams and customers on product functionality and best practices.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and address any productrelated issues or inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize internal processes, (f.e using third party tools) to enhance productivity and scalability.

Your profile:


  • Bachelor's degree preferably in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field.

Fluent in English and German (C1), both written and verbal

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Passion for technology and a desire to drive continuous improvement.
  • First experience either in product management, operations or a related role, preferably in the software industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Previous exposure to project management and crossfunctional collaboration
  • Nice to have: familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g. JIRA).
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
