What you will do:


As a Communication Design Working Student (f/m/d), you will be responsible to drive the design of visual appealing communication materials while fostering SAP's overall brand experience.

You will work closely with various business units to create and craft effective marketing
- and outstanding branding materials for digital and print, as well as impactful PowerPoint presentations for the management.
You will gain exclusive insight into the partnership and collaboration between SAP and top SAP customers.
Part-time, 15-20 hours a week, fix hours per day (e.g. 3 hours a day)

  • Create PowerPoint presentations for the team and managers that communicate innovation topics with customers
  • Create information graphics, charts and sketch illustrations
  • Work on multiple projects at the same time and meet overlapping deadlines
  • Conceptualize and design cross media assets that support the internal and external communication of the team ́s message and strategy

What you bring:

You are currently an enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences:

  • Studying preferably in the fields: Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Marketing Design or any design-related Studies
  • Experience as a communication designer in form of an internship, project or apprenticeship
  • Handson mentality and ability to process complex issues in a simplified manner from conception to delivery
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently
  • Excellent sense of typography, design trends and attention to detail
  • Profound skills in Adobe Creative Suite (esp. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and PowerPoint. Keynote, videocutting and compositing skills are a plus
  • Speaking English fluently, German is a plus

The Strategic Customer Innovation Team manages exclusive collaboration with selected top customers (often with Board Attention), which are highly innovative and in global scale, to build strategic partnerships.

The focus of the team is enhancing customer experience, ensuring customer success and supporting product success in a complex collaboration environment.

Therefore, the program provides a governance framework to bring different initiatives of a customer in one joint program, in order to increase transparency and alignment between development units, streamline interactions between customer and SAP and manage expectation and risk centrally, as well as proactively.
