Senior Controller Sales & Marketing (M/F/d):

For our Business Unit Professional Hygiene we are looking for a Senior Controller Sales & Marketing (f/m/d) to support our team as soon as possible in Mannheim.


Your Role:


  • Manage DACH financial result according to the accounting standards
  • Monitor and followup on the DACH performance and deviations and drive corrective actions where necessary
  • Challenge and supports the Management Team in all financial aspects (operational and strategic) as the controlling Business Partner by providing insights to full financial value chain
  • Contribute to monthly consolidation of the Financials (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and consolidation of longterm financial plans
  • Drive annual budget preparation and quarterly forecasting
  • Drives and supports business improvement projects and business process reengineering within DACH and wider organization

You Identify Yourself With:


  • University degree, preferably in Business, Economics or Finance
  • Solid knowledge of Accounting Standards & Controlling experience (5+ years)
  • Strong analytical, problem solving skills and attention to details
  • Solid verbal and written skills, able to communicate on different levels
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Passionate, "hands on" professional, energetic, entrepreneurial, proactive and results oriented
