The department Operations Development is anchored in the Service Onshore Central organization and consists of three focus areas: Project Management Office (PMO), Business Development & Analytics, and Process Improvement.

Operations Development is a team of interdisciplinary experts who act as regional Service partner, with the objectives to promote continuous improvement and support the execution of the Service Strategy.

In this role you will be joining the Project Management Office (PMO) and you will be engaging with senior management, regional stakeholders, portfolio management, and other project managers for ensuring that projects are delivered in line with targets and Vestas' quality standards.

You will play an important role in the development of the Service Onshore Central organization and project environment.

Responsibilites

Support for the Leap project and Salesforce stabilization in Service Central
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and work instructions for Service operations
Handon operational support for key stakeholders such as Business Process Experts, Salesforce Super Users, and Back Offices in the Service Areas
Contribution to other Service Central projects (tools, processes, training, etc.)

Qualifications

Completed commercial or technical education (e.g., Industrial Clerk or equivalent)
12+ years of work experience in a process environment and matrix organization
Fluent in English and German
Very good SAP and Salesforce knowledge is beneficial

Competencies

Process and project management experience
Ability to communicate in a clear and structured way, both written and verbally
Strong (internal) customer focus
Willingness to dive into operational details
Positive teamoriented person

Additional information
Your work location can be Hamburg, Berlin, Rheine, Husum (DE) or Arnhem (NL). The position is in part-time and temporary (with an end date 31st of March 2024)
