Join our team as Team Assistant at our headquarters in Burgwedel near Hannover!
- You will be part of the team responsible for managing the 28 own brands of ROSSMANN, from initial product concept to shelf placement
- Your tasks will range from handling product samples, price negotiations, to design development
- Work closely with over 100 creative minds who always focus on the products of ROSSMANN brands
What you will do:
- Support a 9-person team in daily tasks related to the brands alouette and for your Beauty
- Handle administrative and creative tasks such as listing and delisting products, conducting competitive research, and supporting product management
- Communicate with internal departments like Marketing and external suppliers through phone, email, or chat
What we need from you:
- Your motivation to actively contribute to the team and drive initiatives forward
- Business-related education and experience in office organization or similar qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Word and Excel, and ideally with AS400
- Experience in supporting a team, being organized, flexible, and proactive
- Strong communication skills, adaptability to different interfaces, and a structured work approach
