    Unser Team für Produkt- und Technologieintegration ist für die finanzielle Planung und Steuerung der IT-Abteilung im Segment "Financial Services" verantwortlich und unterstützt das Management bei der Erreichung ihrer finanziellen Ziele.

    Was erwartet Dich?

  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Durchführung und Koordination der Budget- und Ressourcenplanung sowie deren Abstimmung mit den Produktmanagern und Prozesspartnern im Fachbereich.
  • In dieser Rolle fungierst du als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen den Fachabteilungen, dem Controlling und der BMW Group IT.
  • Zu den weiteren Aufgaben gehört die operative Steuerung des Budgets im laufenden Jahr im Rahmen der finanziellen Planungsprozesse.
  • Du erstellst und führst Prognosen für das Segment durch und stimmst diese mit den IT- und Geschäftsprozesspartnern ab.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der entsprechenden Prozesse und Steuerungsinstrumente sowie für die Durchführung von Ad-hoc-Analysen für das Management.
  • Die Erstellung von präsentationsfähigen Unterlagen und Entscheidungsvorlagen, einschließlich der Präsentation in den entsprechenden Gremien, rundet dein Profil ab.

    • Was bringst Du mit?

  • Studienabschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, Controlling oder in der Unternehmensberatung.
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in Planungs- und Controlling-Prozessen.
  • Kenntnisse in agilen Arbeitsweisen und im Portfoliomanagement.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
