Active Sourcing Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our state-of-the-art talent acquisition strategy and be instrumental, helping to build our team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- market research and analysis of information on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to develop suitable sourcing strategies for different target groups

YOU COME WITH:

2+ years of relevant professional experience in active sourcing and in the use of various sourcing tools

- affinity for new trends in sourcing and talent relationship management and enthusiasm for new, innovative recruiting approaches and channels as well as their implementation and further development
- convincing, inspiring, confident, and open personality who enjoys networking
- strong communication skills and customer orientation
- excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
