- Unter aktiver Einbindung unserer Mitarbeiter, einschließlich des Coachings von Führungskräften, begleiten Sie Veränderungsprozesse und fördern eine offene und transparente Kommunikation.
- Sie setzen innovative Organisationsentwicklungsprozesse zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Führungsmethoden, Zusammenarbeit und Unternehmenskultur um.
- Die Leitung von Projekten zur Stärkung unserer Unternehmenskultur, zur Mitarbeiterbindung und zur Förderung der Zusammenarbeit stehen in Ihrer Verantwortung.
- Sie konzipieren und unterstützen innovative Austauschformate und Wissensmanagement-Initiativen zur Optimierung von Wissenstransfer, Zusammenarbeit und Informationsfluss in unserer Organisation.
- Zudem wirken Sie bei der Konzeption, Organisation und Moderation von einschlägigen Veranstaltungen, Workshops und Trainings mit.
- Die Leitung und die Teilnahme an Projekten (z.B. agilem Arbeiten oder Design Thinking) runden Ihren Aufgabenbereich ab.
- Sie fungieren als Berater für HR-Manager und unterstützen diese.
- Sie haben Ihr Studium im Bereich der Psychologie, der Betriebswirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Aufgrund Ihrer mindestens 3–5-jährigen Erfahrung in der systemischen Organisationsberatung und im Change Management in einer internationalen Organisation, konnten Sie bereits zahlreiche Projekte in diesem Themenbereich begleiten.
- Ihre hohe Methodenkompetenz für Gruppenprozesse und Organisationen, die Sie z.B. durch eine Ausbildung zum systemischen Coach, Organisationsberater, Trainer oder Mediator erlernen konnten, zeichnet Sie aus.
- Ausgezeichnete Moderations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Konzeption von Workshops und der Projektleitung bilden Ihre Basis.
- Durch Ihre ausgeprägten Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten fällt Ihnen der Austausch mit Stakeholdern auf C-Ebene sowie mit dem Betriebsrat leicht.
- Sie bringen ein hohes Maß an Verständnis für komplexe Strukturen und Zusammenhänge mit.
- Sie weisen Affinität zur datengestützten Arbeit und Kenntnisse in der Erstellung und Auswertung von Umfragen auf.
- Eine positive, proaktive und agile Einstellung ist für Sie selbstverständlich.
- Sehr gute Deutsch und Englisch-Kenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.
