As an integral part of the BCG Platinion business service team, part of the Boston Consulting Group, you will make a significant contribution to the success of our company.

As a
working student (M/F/d) Office Management in
Stuttgart, you will support our colleagues at the reception and in the assistance area and gain exciting insights into the internal processes of an IT management consultancy.

Shape the world of tomorrow

You are responsible for the reception of visitors and the catering
You work at the communication interface between customers and employees, both by telephone and in person and are responsible for the distribution and preparation of mail as well as forwarding information to employees
You organize cabs, overnight and city courier services
You take over the conference room management including room allocation, administration, daily control, setting and tidying up as well as catering orders
You support our events both in planning and execution
You coordinate purchases and the cooperation with delivery services, including the determination of requirements, ordering and invoice verification, which are also in your area of responsibility

You make the difference

You are at the beginning of your Master's or Bachelor's degree
You are interested in the internal processes of an IT management consultancy
You work accurately and carefully
You have good communication skills in German and English
You love to keep several balls in the air at the same time and always keep track of things
Working hours are at least 15 hours per week and are by arrangement (support on Fridays and two to three other weekdays is desired)
