Spheara seeks to hire a
Mobile Service Technician who will be responsible for providing best-in-class customer service while performing repairs on various light electric vehicles (LEVs), including e-moped scooters, electric trikes, and delivery trailers.

The right person for the job will be comfortable working autonomously at on-site customer remote locations.

About the Position

Provide an incredible customer experience under all conditions professional and conversational while providing maintenance and repair services
Perform assembly, inspection, repair, and complete overhaul on ebikes and various light electric vehicles
Document customer interactions and service/repairs including productivity and satisfaction levels, as well as any issues that need escalation.
Invoice client repairs in both realtime and on a monthly cycle
Accurately manage inventory levels
Work unsupervised in remote locations with a high level of productivity
Travel regularly within Germany, as well as other countries within the European Union and the United Kingdom as needed, to provide services to customers

About You

You bring expertise with previous experience as a mechanic in a highvolume environment who can quickly become proficient in servicing customized ebikes and various light electric vehicles
You demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English, active listening to customers, and a high attention for detail and followthrough
You exhibit a strong work ethic and internal drive with the ability to work remotely and autonomously with a high level of productivity and selfaccountability
You value safety in all activities, following all safety regulations and procedures
You can safely and comfortably driving a vehicle, ebike or etrike with cargo trailer throughout and among busy metropolitan areas with a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
You can demonstrate the ability to lift and carry to 75 pounds, reach, stoop, bend, kneel, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
