Your future role.
As the Head of Sales Strategy and Operations, you will:

  • Lead and mentor a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth across the whole sales organization.
  • Define and manage strategic initiatives, collaborating closely with divisions, regions, and functions to ensure focused and successful global implementation.
  • Drive the development and implementation of CRM processes, focusing on their positive impact on customer experience and sales efficiency.
  • Establish a companywide sales competence management framework to enhance the skills and capabilities of our sales teams.
  • Provide a Partner Framework to facilitate partners for growth
  • Develop together with Divisions global strategic pricing systematics and tools, ensuring competitive and profitable pricing strategies.
  • Implement a Net Promoter Score (NPS) system to cultivate a customercentric mindset and elevate our customer experience.
  • Build robust networks within the organization to facilitate sustainable change processes and drive innovation.

With your Team you:
- assume responsibility for defining and managing projects
- drive the definition of CRM
  • Processes and accompanies their implementation with strong focus on impact.
- build up a company sales competence management and fosters a learning organization.
- drive global strategic pricing systematics and its processes and tools.

  • Foster a customer centric culture by implementing a NPS System
- execute strategic projects across our divisions and functions, create analyses, concepts, and recommendations/action plans in close collaboration with the respective divisions, regions and functions.
- initiate and coordinate corporate initiatives and programs and provide content for their communication.
- act as a team building strong networks into the organization to foster sustainable change processes.


Your profile.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Several years of relevant experience in leadership roles, with a strong background in sales, business development, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in CRM processes, with a proven ability to drive impactful implementations.
  • Experience in leading strategic projects within complex and dynamic environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly with senior stakeholders, and the ability to navigate intercultural contexts.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, with a drive to initiate and lead lasting positive change.
  • Openness to new working styles and methods, including the integration of AI and innovative technologies in daily work processes.
  • Fluency in both German and English languages.
  • A collaborative spirit, organizational awareness, and a high level of team cohesion.
