Energy Structured Finance Origination Specialist.

Duties Below

Exciting Responsibilities Await You:

Structuring risk/returnfocused project financing tailored to the German market, including preliminary rating assessments
Negotiating complex loan and collateral agreements for specialized financing, collaborating with various departments as needed
Conducting potential analyses, identifying target customers, and acquiring new business in designated regions/markets in alignment with strategic objectives
Optimizing existing customer portfolios in line with overarching strategies, potentially in collaboration with AFIS/FM
Independently exploring crossselling opportunities in coordination with product units
Cultivating and expanding an industry network while nurturing existing customer relationships
Managing the loan approval process across all decisionmaking levels
Monitoring regulatory and industryspecific market factors, contributing to industry strategy assessments
Representing the bank and the division at relevant customer and industry events
Contributing to crossbank corporate projects focusing on product development, sales, IT, and processes
Master's degree in business or economics with substantial professional experience
Expertise in wholesale banking products and processes
Proficiency in English (C1 Common European Framework level preferred)
Advanced MS Excel skills
Familiarity with SAP CRM (FoCs), Wholesale Market Race, and digital file management
