    Beckman Coulter Diagnostics takes pride in collaborating with a group of six fellow Diagnostics Companies at Danaher. Together, we are working relentlessly to tackle the world's significant health challenges and enhance patient lives through innovative diagnostic solutions.

    The Senior Analyst Project Management is tasked with overseeing one or more Value Engineering project portfolios aligned with the business unit and will work directly onsite at our Munich office.

    In this position, you will have the chance to:

    • Act as the bridge between Value Engineering and the business unit(s)
    • Handle the Master Priority List and Rationalized Roadmap for the designated portfolio(s)
    • Take the lead on key projects as the project manager
    • Lead cross-functional Daily Management for End of Life and Value Engineering projects
    • Manage the End of Life project pipeline to ensure projects are concluded without disrupting production lines

    The fundamental requirements for this role include:

    • Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering fields with 5+ years of experience OR Master's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering fields with 3+ years of experience OR Doctoral degree in related field with 0-2 years of experience
    • Proficiency in design/development processes
    • Expertise in product risk control and requirement management
    • PMP certification or equivalent qualification
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
    • Fluency in German is essential, with good English communication skills being necessary

    Additional assets would include:

    • Experience in a medical regulated environment or in a regulated setting
    • Ability to multitask and work autonomously, with guidance in complex scenarios
