Responsibilities:

Leading a team of employees, including responsibility for laboratories and related environmental, safety, health & quality (ESHQ) issues
Global coordination of the project portfolio of the market segment
Application Technology support and maintenance of the product portfolio
Cooperation with marketing, production, technical service and sales, e.g. on new product launches, customer projects and the evaluation of the sustainability aspects of existing products & targeted new products
Monitoring market activities and identifying industry trends

Requirements:

Completed scientific studies, preferably in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
Wellfounded several years of professional and management experience in the chemical industry in the jobrelevant field
Special knowledge in the field of têxtiles, tissue, and fibres in regards to formulations and process chemicals used
Experience in the field of fiber sizing is especially desirable
Experienced in working with international teams
High commitment and sense of responsibility as well as a reliable and independent way of working
Very good English and German language skills
Strong communication and teamwork skills
