We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Sales leader to build on our success and drive growth in Germany, the UK, and Middle East (EMEA Region).

The Sr.

Sales Leader will report to the Chief Revenue Officer, play a crucial role in building out the Account Executive and Account Management team to ensure our company goals are met and that your team is reaching their potential while scaling operations.


  • Lead the EMEA sales team, Account Executives and Account Managers, towards new business sales quota achievement goals.
  • Own the sales process and drive net new revenue opportunities from demo to close in the EMEA region for new account acquisition, renewals, upsell and crosssell sales motions.
  • Define strategy for various Business verticals with clear deliverables, KPIs and ways to drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain positive and influential relationships with direct reports.
  • Be an Ungerboeck ambassador within accounts, maximizing our brand recognition and mindshare at all levels, evangelizing our solution and publicizing success stories.
  • Forecast, measure, and report sales results through use of internal CRM.
  • Ensure that all areas of business development have the right resources to operate effectively, and that staff are motivated and engaged.
  • Proactively identify sales pipeline risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across the business.
  • Lead sales forecasting and strategy discussions with business leadership.
  • Over the next 612 months, build and lead a sales team to bring the company through its next set of key milestones.
  • Play a key role in the hiring and onboarding of new sales team members.
Qualifikationen

  • 5 + years of proven sales leadership working with software/SaaS sales teams to build strategy, management, executionbased programs for account executives and account management teams.
  • Bachelor's Degree, MBA a plus
  • Strong, proven track record of management and strategic selling
  • Experience leading a team with enterprise and tactical business
  • Personal experience closing millionpound deals
  • History of exceeding quota
  • Experience managing a team of 10+ people with 4 million+ quota
  • Strong executive calling experience and presence
  • Professional demeanor, articulate, with good communication and presentation skills
  • Positive attitude: 'can do' approach and 'think outsidethebox' mentality
  • Travel up to 30%40%
