Due to our dynamic growth, we are expanding our Development & Construction Team and are currently looking

European-wide for an

EPC Instructor for Quality and Construction Management (d|m|f) for the PV market.

What You Will Do:

You set up and execute the training academy of BayWa r.e. Solar Projects construction department in the EMEA region.

That includes but is not limited to:

You will be responsible for professionally developing & implementing a training academy and spirit for our great construction team and newcomers
You will gather and document the existing knowhow of our department, transform it in training materials and keep them up to date
You will organize, manage and monitor instruction sessions for our team members
You will perform virtual and live trainings on a frequently basis and ondemand
You will encourage team members to be instructor in their field of expertise

What You Bring:

You have profound knowledge and experience in the instruction of employees
You have a didactical approach and can motivate all participants for your training content
Your concept is innovative and motivating
You have knowledge in Quality or Construction Management and also an electrical background is an advantage, but not a must
You are assertive, communicative, teamoriented and you convince through with a wellstructured way of working
You have fluent English skills, German or other languages are a plus
You are well versed in the use of MS Office
Your great willingness to travel in the EMEA region completes your profile
