Your Tasks:

***- Independent analyses of bulk and RNAseq datasets from mouse, rat and human samples

  • Design and execution of experiments to investigate the pathophysiology of Prader-Willi syndrome
  • Supervision and mentoring of graduate students
  • Clinicaltranslational investigation using animal models, cell culture and human tissue

Your Profile:

***- PhD in Bioinformatics, Neuroscience, Biology or related field

  • 2+ years experience with bioinformatic analyses
  • Proficient expertise in programming (e. g. R, Matlab, Python) and experience in analyzing scRNAseq datasets
  • Good team player with good communication skills
  • Good command of the English language
