Your Tasks:

***- Independent analyses of bulk and RNAseq datasets from mouse, rat and human samples

Design and execution of experiments to investigate the pathophysiology of Prader-Willi syndrome
Supervision and mentoring of graduate students
Clinicaltranslational investigation using animal models, cell culture and human tissue

Your Profile:

***- PhD in Bioinformatics, Neuroscience, Biology or related field

2+ years experience with bioinformatic analyses
Proficient expertise in programming (e. g. R, Matlab, Python) and experience in analyzing scRNAseq datasets
Good team player with good communication skills
Good command of the English language
