About PDE

Responsibilities:

Execution of bench measurements (using micro probe stations) to characterize production material
Assess wafer surface characteristics using optical microscopes, but also SEM/EDX
Analysis of measured results
Working on small/medium projects with relation to production
Working with MS OFFICE (incl Excel (Macros), SharePoint), Spotfire,
Presentation of results to related engineering community

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree and working toward MS or PhD in areas such as Electrical Engineering, Microsystems Engineering, Physics or related Engineering degree.
Minimum Cumulative 3.0 GPA

Preferred qualifications:

Background on semiconductor manufacturing and microelectronics
Knowledge of electrical characteristics of bipolar & MOS transistors
Ability to take the initiative and drive for results, influential relationships
Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
Good listener and excellent verbal and written communication skills
