About PDE

Responsibilities:


  • Execution of bench measurements (using micro probe stations) to characterize production material
  • Assess wafer surface characteristics using optical microscopes, but also SEM/EDX
  • Analysis of measured results
  • Working on small/medium projects with relation to production
  • Working with MS OFFICE (incl Excel (Macros), SharePoint), Spotfire,
  • Presentation of results to related engineering community

Minimum Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree and working toward MS or PhD in areas such as Electrical Engineering, Microsystems Engineering, Physics or related Engineering degree.
  • Minimum Cumulative 3.0 GPA

Preferred qualifications:


  • Background on semiconductor manufacturing and microelectronics
  • Knowledge of electrical characteristics of bipolar & MOS transistors
  • Ability to take the initiative and drive for results, influential relationships
  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
  • Good listener and excellent verbal and written communication skills
