To strengthen our People Development team in Munich, we are currently looking for an
Intern (M/F/d) Team Development starting in April.

What You Will Do

You will support in designing and implementing new Learning & Development formats and offers
You will support the training management and coordination of leadership training programs
You support the various communication channels for the People Development
You will actively engage in various learning communities to foster social learning worldwide and across borders
You will join the digital HR transformation journey to our new HR system workday
You will support internal workshops and make them digitally available
You administrate SharePoint infosites, designing and maintaining the content for employees, managers and HR colleagues

What You Bring

A background HR related studies (e.g. Psychology, Education, Communication or a similar field)
Very customerfocused and solutionorientated personality and the ability to get in touch with colleagues in other departments, countries, teams
Passion about learning as well as curious for people development and HR topics
Creativity, selforganization and employment of digital tools to solve challenges
Good knowledge of Office 365, e.g. SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
German is a plus
Availability for 46 months
