We are looking for a Product Owner to join our team.

This is an amazing opportunity to work in our Docket team that works on a cloud-based IP notifications and mail ingest system/auto-docketing that vastly improves the efficiency of Intellectual Property docketing activities.

The Product Owner will define user stories based on customer requirements and prioritizes them for the development team. In addition, the Product Owner will manage what features would be a part of the product release.

If you have experience with IP, or with mail room automation systems, we would love to speak with you.

About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments- 3 years' experience as:

Product Owner, Business Analyst or Product Manager-
or alternatively as an IP Paralegal or IP Docketer in an Intellectual Property team.

It would be great if you also had...- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills- Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams (Designers, Engineers, Product Owners, Architects) within a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining calm under pressure- Ability to translate client needs to feature with a high business value- Experience with scrum events i.

What will you be doing in this role?- Sharing clear vision regarding our products and participate in creating a product strategy- Leading a scrum team as a Product Owner- Aligning with other Product Owners and Team Leads regularly- Organizing and holding demos for the specific product- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy

Product you will be developing

Besides integration with our case management systems, the product also integrates with B2B systems from IPO's around the world.

We are maintaining and developing cloud-based services and products in our tech stack, mostly relying on AWS and Microsoft Azure

About the Team

The team you will be working with is a full stack SCRUM team located in EMEA. You will also interact and work with the rest of the product team, presales consultants, marketing and implementation consultants.

Hours of Work

This is a full-time, permanent position. It is expected that hours will be normal business hours, with occasional meetings with colleagues in other regions.
