We are looking for an exceptional Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to engage with top go-to-market talent around the world.
-
This is a remote role and can be located anywhere in the US Central/East or EMEA.

What you'll be doing:

Partner with Field Operations hiring managers to understand their business objectives and hiring needs. Develop the recruitment strategy and ways to build a talent pipeline accordingly.
Build your network with highpotential talents to ensure that the business has access to the best talent in the market, working comfortably on a global level.
Consistently evaluate and iterate on hiring efforts and strategies using metrics and data analysis.
Work on recruitment projects and training to improve the standard for hiring within the organization.
Harness your expertise to constantly challenge how we hire at Camunda from processes to hiring manager partnerships.

What you'll bring along:

5+ years of inhouse recruiting experience in a fastgrowing tech company.
You have experience with hiring for a diverse range of Go to Market roles i.e. Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Sales Engineers etc.
Ability to influence and partner with leadership across the company using a data driven approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.
Ability to be proactive, identify areas of improvement, and drive process improvement initiatives.
