We as Global Sales & Distribution are responsible for the implementation of the global sales vision and support our client teams in their daily work to generate additional value for Munich Re's clients.

Our team, which you would be part of, focuses in 2023 on a solution rollout with subsequent change management campaign.

Your job

This is what you can experience and learn with us: - you implement a change management campaign together with the team - experience the success of a global roll out together with us - support global users and stakeholders at all hierarchical levels of Munich Re - user training (in presence and online) on a global and adaptive basis - global insights provided by our client teams in their daily work - the opportunity to quickly assume personal responsibility for tasks and sub-projects - plenty of space for your own ideas We as a team are/ work with: - agile in every aspect of the word - a dynamic team with a global reach - modern management & project management techniques - creative and open minded with the spirit to think outside the box - with a drive to deliver beginning to end and make things work

Profile:

We are looking for students who are/have - experience in project management is a plus - solid communication skills (written & spoken) - eager to see what is out there and how we can shape it - an understanding of change and project management is a plus - having an IT affinity and knowing CRM systems is a plus - want to see your ideas take shape and make a difference - creative, enjoying challenging tasks - together with a motivated team, let's make visions become reality
