Your tasks:

Business Development activities:

Prepare documents for establishing partnerships or collaborations with large pharma and biotech companies and/or venture capital funds offering exposure to high paced environment and steep learning curve
Prepare external and internal presentations driving high impact decisions combining scientific and commercial perspective
Screening for potential partners and investors
Develop deep understanding of mRNA market and trends through research and compilation of data

Corporate Strategy activities:

Assist in creating and finetuning corporate strategy by translating deep scientific understanding into actionable results e.g., Assessment of market opportunities and portfolio optimization
Comprehensive competitive analysis within the fast moving mRNA space
Creation of business plan

Your profile:

You have almost finished your Bachelor degree or are doing your Master's degree in Business Administration or any scientific background with strong interest in business development and corporate strategy in the biotech industry
High academic success
Prior experience in consulting, venture/private equity or the life science industry is advantageous
Sense of intellectual curiosity with the ability to think in logically structured ways, joined with the creativity to look beyond the obvious
Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive and willing to find the best yet pragmatic solutions
Excellent communications skills (English required, German advantageous), with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly
Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
