Responsible for the Sales Excellence Program at Voith Paper for the Business Cases Spare Parts, Wear Parts, Service and Digital, which are handled in the Divisions FRS and P&S.
Reach best in class business sales processes, which are a necessary and important part of reaching the ambitions growth plans of the Division FRS and P&S.
Organize, manage and lead autonomously all relevant projects and subprojects together with a project team consisting of members from all relevant regions and divisions, including benchmark visits or an external consulting if neccessary.
Report regulary results and progress steps to the board of management and the high management of both divisions.
Close contact with our CRMteam (salesforce) to unlock the full potential of this important IT tool through your projects and activities.

Your profile

Successfully completed degree in business administration or industrial engineering; first professional experience in sales or a salesrelated environment and high affinity for business and sales processes.
Eager to work on topics independently and develop them further with creativity and persistency as well as curiosity about process digitalization and digital B2B sales.
Fluency in English, written and spoken; knowledge of German is an advantage.
Very structured and diligent way of working paired with strong communication skills, personal strength and thus ability to keep track even in a complex environment as well as teamwork ability, commitment, flexibility and assertiveness.
Willingness to travel on business trips.
