Senior Expert Parcel Locker Hardware Development (M/F/x) - DHL eCommerce

In DHL eCommerce we provide a variety of international and domestic standard parcel delivery services in more than 35 countries around the globe.

In selected markets we furthermore offer fulfillment services to customers. In line with the Group Strategy 2025 our aim is to be a leading provider of e-commerce related logistics. For this we are designing solutions across the entire DHL Group service portfolio for selected customers.

Key responsibilities:

Drive and manage the development of parcel lockers within DHL eCommerce from a hardware perspective
Develop standard and lean locker solutions to be used in DHL eCommerce
Setup and manage structure from sourcing to maintenance (incl. spare parts) of parcel lockers with all needed processes and interfaces
Manage the interfaces between countries, business manufacturers, and Ops/ IT
Work closely with the UAD counterparts in DHL core countries and align with other BU's

Business skills:

University bachelor/master's degree in business or engineering and several years of professional experience
Profound experience in lastmileoptimization in general and in design and optimization of locker hardware in particular
Deep understanding of hardware development and implementation
Very good English language skills, any European language is a plus
Very good MS Office skills, especially Power Point and Excel(
