JD - Onsite Technical Coordinator, Onsite - Germany

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

SPOC between the Customer(s) and the Offshore Project Manager(s) /Technical Leads
Extensively interact with the customer to understand the programs / projects, timelines and clients OEM interface with respect to our project scope
Responsible for delivery and transactional discussions with Customer(s) in close coordination with Offshore Project Manager(s)
Ensure process and practices are set to enable project deliveries with acceptable quality criteria maintaining client satisfaction
Be the voice of the Offshore team while interfacing with Clients OEM, third party (tools, IP etc.)
Monitor deliveries as per the agreed customer milestones
Generate weekly and monthly reports to appraise status to Senior Management

KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES & EXPERIENCE

Proven work experience as a customer connect for Technical discussions
Strong knowledge in Automotive product development process and practices including ASPICE
Thorough knowledge on key phases of product development for an AUTOSAR based project
Excellent communication, Presentation (written & verbal), meeting moderation
Project /Team Management experience
German speaking skills will be an added advantage

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Electrical/Electronics

EXPERIENCE BAND
At least 8 years of experience in Embedded Automotive Engineering
