- Erstellen von Angeboten, Bearbeitung von Aufträgen und Vorbereitung der automatisierten Rechnungserstellung in SAP
- Pflege und Bearbeitung unserer Kundenverträge sowie der Stamm- und Debitorendaten in SAP
- Unterstützung des gesamten Vertriebsprozesses vom Angebot bis zur Auftragsverwaltung in SAP
- Abstimmung mit Bereichsleitung, Finance und Geschäftsführung aller relevanten Geschäftsprozesse und -vorgänge
- Koordinierung der Kundenkommunikation in Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb und Finance
- Unterstützung und Optimierung der Vertriebsprozesse und relevanter Reportingprozesse
- Kundenorientierung und Kundenzufriedenheit stehen für Dich im Zentrum Deiner Tätigkeit
- Freude am selbständigen Arbeiten und ein hohes Verantwortungsgefühl
- Teamplayer und Freude in einem wachsenden und dynamischen Unternehmen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung im Bereich Vertriebsadministration und Vertriebsinnendienst
- Motivation, interne und externe Prozesse stetig zu verbessern und gemeinsam mit dem Team weiterzuentwickeln
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie idealerweise mit SAP
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
