Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Product Messaging
Own messaging of product descriptions to highlight value and differentiation, including clarity on value prop, target customer, feature sets, and key technical requirements.
Product Assets
Drive delivery of external / internal facing assets directing and working with marketing to ensure high quality production and availability to all internal stakeholders.
- Oversee all content produced to ensure product is described per product messaging.
- Own the product part of customerfacing sales materials, including sales decks and SOWs, ensuring that they accurately and clearly reflect our products' unique features and benefits.
- Work closely with marketing on landing page content for products and all assets made available online.
- Ensure timely refresh of assets based on product evolution.
Product Comms & Sales Enablement
Bridge between product and Marketing/Sales to own the timing for new product announcements/releases.
- Drive timing to ensure external (including direct to customers) and internal communications are ready and scheduled to provide maximum impact.
- Create / oversee content used in product communications.
- Ensure sales team are trained, equipped with necessary tools and ready to communicate value of product to the market
Competitor intelligence
Develop and maintain battlecards for sales, highlighting strengths and weaknesses against key competitors.
Coordination of Product Portfolio changes
Coordinate the execution and communication of changes to the product portfolio with internal stakeholders and ensure timely updates of affected assets.
