Responsibilities:

Product data sheets (technical documentation) Design (in cooperation with development), creation, maintenance, change service, database supported administration
Support in responding to internal and external inquiries
Regarding changes to the product and production process in coordination with the departments concerned
Contracts (specifications, initial samples), review of customer requirements in accordance with current product performance, review of impact on test plans and processes, database supported management of contracts
Initiation of changes in test plans and processes
Quality planning, finetuning of the development request within the process, quality preplanning and development closure, support of the development team for customer specific quality requirements
Support of risk analysis for critical and significant products
Support for customer quality planning requirements (APQP-Advanced Product Quality Planning)
Execution of product audits
Change control, process support and consulting of process owners in handling changes to products/processes within your responsibility
Study and evaluation of the relevant technical literature, in particular the standards to be observed in his field of work, (VDA, AIAG)
Training and coaching of the departments on national/international level
Advising our companies worldwide on the development/expansion of quality systems

Qualifications:

Successfully completed studies or a technical apprenticeship
Knowledge of automotive core tools (PPAP, PPF, 8D, APQP, RGA) an advantage
Analytical, systemoriented way of thinking
Good written and spoken German and English skills
Intercultural competence and team spirit
Willingness to travel (up to approx. 5%)
Project experience is an advantage
