Job Description:

You'll be powering Card Dispute team

Nets Card Disputes is one of the leading Dispute units in Europe in handling Disputes on credit and debit cards.

Our goal is to support customers in minimizing losses in connection to third party fraud with payment cards.

As Card Dispute Officer you'll join an open and sharing community with highly skilled colleagues.

Take for example Sami who participates in cooperative meetings and projects as well as training for customers and finds himself as 5% being a basketball dad.

Your key tasks and responsibilities are:

Analysis and handling of disputes according to card organization and domestic rules
Telephone contact with banks / cardholders
Ensure that we are compliant with card organization rules and domestic rules
Contact to internal and external customers and contact to international stakeholders

You'll be part of Card Disputes Germany, where we have a newly established office for new customers onboarded.

Qualifications:

The preferred background will be:

Experience and knowledge within international payment cards
You master German in writing at a high level, and are conversant with English
Good communication skills (both in speech and writing)
Knowledge and understanding of both German and international card organization rules
Experience within the financial sector or the card payment industry will be an advantage.
Being conversant with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
