What will you be doing?

The HR Coordinator will help us to grow our organization's talent. This role will allow you to learn and assist in administration, benefits, payroll, and employee engagement.

HR Administration

  • HR administration, including support for new hires and leavers.
  • Maintain accurate online records of employee information.
  • Maintain employee files, both paper and electronic.
  • Provide support with any relocation requests as required.
  • Provide support with any benefits administration as required.
  • Prepare and issue employers confirmation letters and other correspondence as required.
Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Assist with recruitment activities, including:
  • Circulating CVs to managers and gaining feedback
  • Arranging interviews
  • Sending out and collecting all required information from New Starters for contracts.
  • Monitor return of completed contracts and forms and chase where required.
  • Support onboarding processes for new employees.
Training

  • Help support any internal training
  • Invite attendees to sessions.
  • Arrange meeting rooms, hotel accommodation and taxi transfers where appropriate.
  • Send out follow up training surveys to evaluate training sessions, monitor feedback and highlight any issues following feedback
  • Create training list for the Learning Management Systems and forward onto the Sr HRIM Specialist for upload.
Policy & Procedures

  • Help to maintain Employee Handbooks as required.
  • Supplying content for Germany policy section of Cadence Central intranet pages
Necessary Experience, Knowledge and Skills Required

  • Completed commercial training and professional training as "Personalfachkaufmann" or comparable education, minimum of three years relevant experience in the field of HR
  • High degree of responsibility, social competence, reliability and discretion.
  • Strong communication skills German and English, verbal and written
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft word and excel
  • Excellent levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Teamwork Spirit.
