THE OPPORTUNITY
Would you like to gain first-hand experience in the Enterprise Professional Services Team of an innovative high-growth company?


You will be well-equipped in this role to assist on a day-to-day basis the operational management of delivering our customer data and in turn play a crucial part in winning, managing and delivering our Digital Factury solution projects to strategic enterprise clients, automotive OEMs and manufacturing firms.

As part of our Enterprise Professional Services, you will work with industry-focused Solution Consultants, Project Managers and Customer Success Managers that have a deep track record in managing complex global projects and customers with various internal and external stakeholders.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • You will actively support our enterprise clients in the implementation and use of our software solutions, and adjust the solutions based on their evolving needs
  • After a structured onboarding process, you will handle spatial data such as 3D scan data of buildings, point clouds, site models and navigation graphs
  • You will support in data processing, migration and quality assurance of the data for our enterprsie customers
  • You will support our product teams by using and testing new features of the software and providing constructive feedback

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

  • You are currently studying Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering or some similar field of study
  • You have basic knowledge of geographic coordinate systems, preliminary knowledge of surveying equipment is a plus
  • You have experience in working with Web Applications and KPIs; Python and JavaScript skills are a plus
  • Willingness to deliver the best possible solution to our customers combined with your strong analytical and problemsolving skills that will enable you to handle a variety of tasks
  • You are fluent in business English, as it is our official language. German skills are a plus
