Our client, a leader in the electric vehicle charging industry is expanding their operations team. We are hiring an Operations Agents to join their growing delivery team on a full-time permanent basis.

The role will be handling a portfolio of Electric vehicle charger installations each week ensuring the installation goes smoothly. You do this by keeping all parties informed (the customer, our internal teams and the installers).

You will be handling all communications to ensure the installations go to plan and work as a team to resolve any issues or delays that come up.

This role is fast paced and requires you to think on your feet, have good communication and good administrative skills.

The aim of the role is to guide the installation process to ensure it goes to plan and the end customer is happy.

Qualifications

At least 3 years' of work experience or education in technical/engineering/electrical.
Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint Skills
Fluent in German (spoken and written) and have advanced English
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

This role is / has:

Starting at 46,000 euros perannum + 50 euros work from home monthly benefit + 50 euros food cost benefit + annual bonus (5%10% per year) + many other perks
Hybrid working (23 days from home), Possible of mostly remote if not in Berlin area
You must speak fluent German, competent English skills are also required
Monday to Friday work with no weekend working
750 euro annual training budget for your development
Budget for home equipment + MacBook and iPhone provided.
