Your Role


As the Senior Sales Operations Specialist, you are responsible for managing the process around Salesforce as well as adjacent systems, and the lead-to-bill process.

Your role is to gather requests from customer facing teams, prioritizing, designing, implementing, documenting and enabling the teams.


Your Impact

  • Manage the daytoday administration of our Salesforce organization, including data management and adhoc troubleshooting
  • Provide onboarding, training, and support to endusers to ensure they can effectively use the platform
  • Work with other departments to gather requirements and design clearly defined and reportable customer journey stages within the tool
  • Develop, maintain and optimize Sales and Customer Success processes and map them to Salesforce workflows and other relevant systems (emnify internal platform)
  • Support the analysis of data trends along the customer journey by creation of Salesforce reports & dashboards
  • Manage and support thirdparty tool integrations in Salesforce (e.g. creation of DocuSign users)

Your Skills

  • Experience with salesforce administration (huge plus if you are Salesforce Certified)
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning is preferred
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing new and improving existing processes
  • Analytical mind, intermediate Excel skills
  • Strong communication and problemsolving skills
  • Experience with HubSpot is a plus
