Your Role
As the Senior Sales Operations Specialist, you are responsible for managing the process around Salesforce as well as adjacent systems, and the lead-to-bill process.
Your Impact
- Manage the daytoday administration of our Salesforce organization, including data management and adhoc troubleshooting
- Provide onboarding, training, and support to endusers to ensure they can effectively use the platform
- Work with other departments to gather requirements and design clearly defined and reportable customer journey stages within the tool
- Develop, maintain and optimize Sales and Customer Success processes and map them to Salesforce workflows and other relevant systems (emnify internal platform)
- Support the analysis of data trends along the customer journey by creation of Salesforce reports & dashboards
- Manage and support thirdparty tool integrations in Salesforce (e.g. creation of DocuSign users)
Your Skills
- Experience with salesforce administration (huge plus if you are Salesforce Certified)
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning is preferred
- Proven track record in designing and implementing new and improving existing processes
- Analytical mind, intermediate Excel skills
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills
- Experience with HubSpot is a plus
