For our Fendt Marketing Team at our bavarian location Marktoberdorf we are looking for a
Global Program Lead (M/F/d)_._

At Fendt, you will work for the premium supplier and innovation driver in the agricultural machinery industry.

In our Sales and Marketing teams, you will help to consolidate our premium positioning in existing markets, in addition to developing new sales territories and bringing the unique Fendt brand experience to life worldwide.

We pride ourselves on establishing close partnerships with our distribution partners and farmers, aspiring to exceed their expectations and position Fendt as the brand of choice.

What You Will Do

Responsible for driving the global Fendt CoE Digital Systems & Processes Program Roadmap
Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives and roadmaps that adhere to organizational objectives on a global scale
Ensure global cooperation and regional coordination across multiple CoE areas
Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
Develop and maintain global organizational standards of delivery quality and performance
Oversee multiple CoE areas and their teams, ensuring program goals are reached
Work closely with sponsors, crossfunctional teams, and assigned CoEs to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan and timing for new initiatives
Work with multiple CoE areas to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders
Drive close collaboration with Digital Product Management and other IT departments

What You Will Bring

Degree in industrial engineering / information technology, business administration, computer science or similar course of study
Minimum 10 years proven track record of working in digital transformation/ IT projects or other relevant topics in international, complex environments, preferably in agile frameworks
Selfdriven, structured way of working
Excellent stakeholder management skills in combination with a high degree of assertiveness
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Business fluent in English, German skills are of advantage
