Beschreibung

• Originate and underwrite real estate backed debt across Europe, including direct lending, loan on loan facilities and other types (e.g. NPL lending), both bilateral lending as well as by syndication
• Conduct thorough deal analysis, market research and legal structuring
• Preparation of financial models for transaction opportunities
• Preparation of transaction summaries for investment committee presentation
• Support execution of new and existing transactions (financial modelling, due diligence, valuation, legal reviews, pricing etc.)
• Build a network of lenders and sponsors throughout the market
• Liaise with relevant internal and external parties
• Market the business and raise brand awareness
• Work closely with senior management
• Support the business with a range of additional projects and adhoc tasks

• Real Estate Finance experience with a bank or debt fund
• Strong risk analysis and cash flow modelling skills
• English and German language
• Existing introducer network
