We power 10M+ searches & recommendations (restaurants, shops, dishes, products) across four continents every day to help our customers to find the food and groceries that make them happy. Our teams are driving relevance and focusing on getting high-quality and personalised search results and recommendations by using state of the art technology in Information Retrieval and Machine Learning.

Located in our Berlin HQ, you work closely with our product development hubs in Asia, South America, the Middle East, and Europe on a daily basis.

Your mission is to ensure that we understand the needs of our customers around the globe to create products that customers love within their food and groceries discovery journey and drive business impact in all our brands.

Your mission:

Serve as a primary product point of contact for product initiatives, by driving feature development requests and updates, ensuring strong collaboration and communication between the brands around the globe and the Global Discovery teams
Lead benchmarking and competitor analysis and share insights/recommendations with product managers and stakeholders to ensure a state of the art product solutions for our customers
Build and maintain a continuous product roadmap, in collaboration with product managers, by working with product, design, analytics, tech and business stakeholders to understand their needs and explore how to solve them
Analyze data and internal feedback to build solid business cases to support and justify feature development
Monitor and facilitate implementation and integration projects involving multiple squads
Develop and improve processes (e.g. bug reporting) to accelerate product development and improve customer experience
Consult stakeholders with product insights that ensure best usage of our products across all markets
Optimize feature rollout for high impact features that speeds up timetomarket and timetovalue
Be the gatekeeper for product and tech features to ensure optimal business impacts

Your heroic skills:

2+ years of experience working in web and mobile consumer products as a product/tech specialist, preferably in an ecommerce company
A passion to build a great product & be successful with that product in the market
A passion for design excellence, usability & consumer appeal in products
An analytical mindset and skillset
Highly motivated team player with exceptional stakeholder management skills, very pragmatic and agile in handling and leading topics independently
Comfortable with a dynamic, fastmoving, and entrepreneurial environment being able to have an impact and influence early on
Great communicator with excellent English language skills, able to get ideas across effectively, and persuasively across a diverse set of stakeholders and peer
