  • You deliver on the set KPIs and SLAs, such as number of interviews scheduled or time needed to schedule interviews.
  • You educate colleagues within TA on the scheduling process and actively partake in educating stakeholders on any process improvements
  • You take an active part in team meetings and contribute to the overall team's success
  • You are able to identify challenges and blockers in the scheduling process and bring these to the attention of stakeholders and Recruiters when necessary

  • You are ready to learn in this role and are focused, reliable and have a solution-oriented approach.
  • You are able to organise your work and time while being available for any coaching or mentoring to your fellow colleagues.
  • You are wellstructured, able to manage change and rally engagement from key stakeholders.
  • You are comfortable or willing to learn with data, both to review any process improvements or your own expertise in scheduling interviews
  • Handson mentality and acting like an owner distinguishes your working style you can easily tackle any of your day to day responsibilities and solution oriented
  • Great if you are proficient in the use of tools such as Workday and GoodTimes.
