For an optimal service-oriented customer care at our location in Langenargen, we are looking for an employee in the area of Customer Service (M/F/d) in part-time or on 450 EUR base with immediate effect.

Tasks

General office tasks
Advice on our products and services
Support of existing customers
Processing of returns
Maintenance of the online store and other online platforms
Close cooperation with all areas of our company
Support with operational and commercial issues
Codesign of improvement processes in the workflow

Requirements:

A corresponding education and/or professional experience
Customeroriented and careful way of working
Keeping a "cool head" even in turbulent situations
Good PC skills (MS Office)
Very good information and communication skills
Distinct ability to judge and make decisions
Good knowledge of German, both written and spoken
Advanced English skills, both written and spoken
