How to contribute to our vision
As a Project Procurement Professional Presales (f/m/x)

- (Crane & Installation, Balance of Plant and Site facilities), your responsibilities will be:

You are responsible for supporting the Sales organization for our German onshore business, providing the best cost levels for the project commodities / services under your responsibility
You will work with and develop the supply base in line with the demands from the Sales and Projects organization. The coordination takes place with the team of experts and key stakeholders to support the procurement process
You will conduct commercial and technical comparisons
You will support the Sales and Project team with adhoc requests for project specific needs (e.g. local content requirements)
You are able to define a structured, lean and effective approach/process to ensure prompt feedbacks to the requests of the Sales team
You communicate on a continuous basis with the suppliers ensure you are aware of latest markets development and can use them for the success of Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy
Ultimately, you are driven by the possibility of playing a key role enabling Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy Sales team to successfully beat the competition with the best cost levels or well targeted offering
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for
Completed University degree (e.g. business, engineering)
Relevant work experience in Procurement, Supply chain or Project management.
Alternatively, you worked in sales (e.g. as proposal manager/engineer) for an energy or construction company
Expertise of renewable energy projects or civil construction projects, commercially or technically
You are able to communicate fluently in English and German at all levels of the organization
You have got a service mindset, are capable to build bridges to your internal clients (Project Management and Sales organizations)
You are able to work independently and in a structured way
MS Office, especially Excel expertise is to be expected
High focus on setting priorities, keeping up with deadlines, communication and organizational abilities
